With a background of over 25 years in the Group Fitness and Personal Training Industry, I have a passion for helping humans feel and look their best! My goal is to help all types of Athletes. We all come in different sizes, shapes, and abilities. I feel I was put on this earth to help others to live longer, healthier, and happier. Fitness and diet are a big part of that goal. With a lot of experience, education, and energy, I hope to change your life for the better!

My passion for fitness includes years of training. This training includes dance, (Competitive- Jazz, Contemporary, Pointe' and Tap), Full contact kickboxing, group fitness, and personal training. My experiences in all of these is what drives me to be a better athlete and trainer every day. Allow me to coach you in your journey in health and fitness.



I am a mama of three. Yes, that's right, I am a mama. Living proof you can have babies out of your body and still be fit! My oldest came into my life in 1999, my middle in December 2010 and my baby in August of 2016. My husband is also in the Fitness Industry and together we make a pretty active crew! We love being active together through kickboxing and outdoor fun. I danced for 14 years competitively and I still have a great passion for music and dance. I am extremely motivated and have endless amounts of energy. Fun Facts are awesome in my eyes and I use them in conversations whenever possible. I collect shoes and moments.
